Kristina Wilds is a two-time Amazon bestselling author who specializes in teaching piano, voice, health and fitness.

Kristina has been teaching children and adults to read, play, and sing music for over 20 years. Along the way, she created four lovable characters featured in her new Amazon international #1 bestselling book, “The Adventures of EGBDF the Dragon and Friends,” to help children and other beginners learn to read and play musical notes in the treble and bass clefs more quickly, easily and enjoyably than traditional methods. She also has three CDs available on Reverbnation and won the award for best original composition in 2007.

After losing her husband to ALS in 2014, Kristina also earned a special certification that enabled her to help those with neurodegenerative disabilities. She currently works with clients who have Parkinson’s Disease, brain cancer, MSA (multiple systems atrophy) and MS, as well as CVA (stroke) victims. It is her passion to help others improve their quality of life. She also works with children and athletes.

Kristina lives with her son Luke in Littleton, CO.
